Introduction to Collage - 4-week class
I'm teaching a new collage class at DEPOT Artspace, Devonport.
This 4-week course is an introduction to collage as a creative outlet for self-expression and creative exploration.
You will learn a variety of collage techniques and approaches, working with colour, shape, composition, texture, and layering. The focus is on experimentation and play, allowing space to discover your personal style and develop ideas at your own pace.
We will explore a range of methods, from paper-based collage to 3D applications.
The studio provides a supportive, slow-paced environment to unwind, reconnect with your creativity, and enjoy the process of making.
This course is suitable for creatives wanting to loosen up their practice, or anyone curious about collage as a therapeutic creative outlet.
